Launch of the Greenify.work app to foster sustainability at FAU
We are happy to announce the successful lunch of the Greenify.work app at FAU. In the coming weeks and months, students and employees can use the app developed by Jeanine Krath to support sustainability at FAU.
Our research group accompanies the project with a research project and examines how the implemented gamification elements are perceived and used by the app users. Previous studies in private households show that gamification can positively influence energy and water consumption. With the Greenify app, we also want to foster sustainable behaviour at work and education.
