Jeanine Krath
Jeanine Krath is a PhD candidate at the University of Koblenz-Landau and an associated researcher at the Gamification & Digital Customer Engagement research group. Her research focuses on gamification for sustainability, especially to promote sustainable employee behavior. She holds an M. Sc. in Information Management and a B.Sc. in Psychology and Management from the University of Koblenz-Landau. Besides her studies, Ms. Krath is working in a trinational INTERREG research project to establish a knowledge and technology transfer network in the Upper Rhine region (KTUR) and supports the introduction of gamified learning principles in the online teaching of the Institute of Management. In addition, she founded a doctoral network called “Junges Forschen” (Young Research) at the University of Koblenz-Landau to strengthen interdisciplinary exchange between doctoral students and to support students in their first scientific publication experiences.
