Lin Lin is a PhD student at FAU and an associate researcher in the Gamification & Digital Customer Engagement research group. Her research focuses on user behavior in digital collaboration platforms in organizations, especially the study of the effect of gamification on long-term user engagement considering the factors of individual difference and social influence. Currently, she is part of the project “The use of digital collaboration platforms to increase intra-organizational exchange”, which is a collaboration between Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nuremberg and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich and Universität der Bundeswehr Munich. She holds a M. Sc. in Psychology with a specialization in Work-, Organization-, and Business Psychology from Jacobs University Bremen and a B. Sc. in Psychology from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nuremberg.
